On April 20, 2015, the Pennsylvania State Board of Medicine accepted the permanent voluntary surrender of Vijay Kumar Chowdhary, license no. MD041054L, of Romney, West Virginia, along with any other licenses, registrations, certificates, approvals, authorizations, or permits issued by the board, because he was convicted of a felony or misdemeanor relating to a health profession or received probation without verdict, disposition in lieu of trial or an accelerated rehabilitative disposition in the disposition of felony charges, in the courts of this Commonwealth, a federal court or a court of any other state, territory, or country.
