INVITATION TO BID JANITORIAL CONTRACT
The Southern Conservation District 463 Ragland Road Beckley, WV is requesting bids for building janitorial service contract. Contract will consist of weekly cleaning of entire building. Job showing for janitorial contract will be held on December 10, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. at the Southern Conservation District. At this time review of contract documents will be available as well as a complete walkthrough of job areas. All Contractors expressing interest in this contract must attend the job showing in order to submit a bid. Sealed bids shall be addressed to Southern Conservation District (Janitorial Contract) 463 Ragland Road Beckley, WV 25801 Bids will be accepted until December 16, 2020 at 4:00 PM and opened December 17, 2020 at 10:00 AM. Successful bidder will be notified and required to submit proper documentation prior to award as discussed at job showing. Contract will commence January 1, 2021.
