Notice is hereby given that Kingston Mining, Inc., 622 PACKS BRANCH ROAD, P O BOX 69, PAX, WV 25904 filed an application with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV, 25840 for Inactive Status on Permit No. U300496, located near Pax, Valley District, Fayette County.
Written comments on this application shall identify the applicant and application number and will be received by the Inspection and Enforcement Supervisor at the DEP address above until January 2nd, 2021, or thirty (30) days from date of publication.
