A public auction will be held on July 6, 2015, at 9:00 AM by Mountain State Land Company.
Steve Hunter, Auctioneer, WV Auctioneer License #573. The contents of six Self Storage Units, # 8, 16, 20, 25, 28, and 32 will be sold in auction format. Only cash or cashier’s check will be accepted as a form of payment. Inspection of the contents of the storage units can be done at 8:45 AM on July 6, 2015.
The units are located at 155 Seneca Trail, Fairlea, WV behind American Home Patient and off Anderson Street.
