Upon information and belief, the State of West Virginia was able to identify Melissa Riffle as the biological mother for the for minor children, D.P. (DOB: 11/11/2023), A.R. (DOB: 12/10/2019), A.R. (DOB: 01/31/2018), and J.R. (DOB: 04/23/2014). However, any person purporting to have parental rights to the above-named children is hereby notified that a hearing is scheduled for February 2, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. before the Honorable Paul W. Gwaltney at the Monongalia County Courthouse, located at 75 High Street 3rd Floor, Morgantown, WV 26505. You may appear at that time and defend any such rights if you choose to do so and that if you choose not to participate in the proceedings, your absence may affect your parental and custodial rights to the child.
