There will be a meeting of the Ronceverte Board of Zoning Appeals on Monday, January 26, 2015, at 6 PM at Ronceverte City Hall to review a request by property owner, Sharon Simmons, to renovate property at 101 E. Edgar Avenue for an apartment.
Ronceverte Municipal Zoning Ordi-nance Article VI, Section 603 (amend-ed) prohibits residential occupancy on the first floor of structures located within the Commercial Business District within the City of Ronceverte unless the majority of the square footage (i.e. more than 60{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c}) of such first floor is utilized for commercial purposes. The Ronce-verte Municipal Zoning Ordinance may be viewed in its entirety at Ronceverte City Hall, 200 W. Main Street, Ronceverte, WV.
