NOTICE TO UNKNOWN HOLDERS OF UNREDEEMED PARI-MUTUEL TICKETS
You and each of you are hereby notified to present to the undersigned at its office, 900 Pennsylvania Ave., Charleston, WV 25302, within ninety (90) days from the date of this notice, any unredeemed pari-mutuel tickets purchased during the meet ending March 31, 2015 at Hollywood Casino, Charles Town, WV.
You are hereby further notified that any such ticket that shall not be presented for payment within ninety (90) days from the date of this notice, dated this 1st day of July, 2015, shall thereafter be unredeemable and the moneys so held for the redemption of same shall become the property of the State of West Virginia.
