You are hereby notified that a Petition has been filed in the Circuit Court of Fayette County, West Virginia, under the above referenced case number for the adoption of A. M. P.O. and P.G.L.O., in Fayette County, West Virginia. The Petitioner is T.L.O. The attorney for Petitioner is Thomas K. Fast of Fast Law Office L.C. with the address of P.O. Box 420, Fayetteville, West Virginia 25840. A copy of the Petition may be obtained by you from the Clerk of said Court. You are notified that your parental rights may be terminated in the proceeding. You are further notified that a hearing in this matter is now scheduled for February 23, 2024, at 1:15 p.m., in the chambers of the Honorable Paul M. Blake, Jr., whose courtroom is located at the Fayette County Courthouse, 100 North Court Street, Fayetteville, West Virginia, of which you may appear and defend if you so desire. You may appear and defend your parental rights. If you do not respond and or appear on or before February 23, 2024, judgment by default may be entered against you without your participation. If you fail to respond within the required time, you may not appear in or receive further notice of the adoption proceedings.
