PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE City of Oak Hill’s Board of Zoning Appeals at its’ meeting on Monday, February 5, 2024 at 6:00pm will consider the following requests for a Use Permit, in the Council meeting room at Oak Hill City Hall.

U-119-24-1: Request of Dakoda Linville, owner, for a Conditional use Permit as required by Section 15.10.040 Land Use Table for a Dwelling, Manufactured Home or Structure (Double Wide or Larger) in a R-2 Residence District at Surf PT Lots 261, 262 East View; MB 3/53 on Martin Avenue, Oak Hill WV.

U-120-24-1: Request of Sherri Klosski, owner, for a Conditional Use Permit as requited by Section 15.10.040 Land Use Table for a Level II Home Based Business with in R-2 Residential District at 218 Duncan Avenue, Oak Hill, WV.
