PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE City of Oak Hill’s Board of Zoning Appeals at its meeting of Monday, February 5, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. will consider the following request for a Use & Variance Permits, in the Council meeting room at Oak Hill City Hall.
V-111-24-1: Request of Michael Kincaid, owner, for a Variance Permit as required by Section 15.38.020 for a permit to place a 1-car carport in front of house over parking area at 200 Park Ave., Oak Hill, WV.
Anyone wishing to be heard on these matters should be present.
