TO: NATHANIEL BARRETT, THE FATHER OF FEMALE CHILDREN BORN UNTO AMANDA BARRETT ON JANUARY 25, 2015 AND SEPTEMBER 25, 2018 (JUVENILE CASE NOS. 20-JA-030-MW AND 20-JA-031-MW)
Pursuant to Chapter 49, Article 4, Section 601 of the Code of West Virginia, notice is hereby given to you that a petition has been filed in the Circuit Court of Mercer County, West Virginia, alleging that your child is a neglected and/or abused child, which proceedings can result in the permanent termination of parental rights.
This matter has been scheduled for a hearing on the 26th day of February, 2021 at 1:00 p.m., before the Honorable Mark E. Wills, Judge of the Circuit Court, at the Mercer County Courthouse Annex, Princeton, West Virginia.
