NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE

Under authority of that certain Deed of Trust dated August 13, 2021 from Meghan Makenzi Via and Robert Earl Via III to Robert Wasserman, Trustee, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia on Roll No. 5074, at page 6221, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $95,188.35, payable to 21st Mortgage Corporation, and default having been made under the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by 21st Mortgage Corporation, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Raleigh County Courthouse in Beckley, West Virginia on March 6, 2024 at 11:00 a.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record, and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, those certain tracts or parcels of land, together with any appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in Shady Spring District, Raleigh County, West Virginia, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:

And being the same property conveyed from Wesley M. Grose and Mary E. Grose, husband and wife, to Robert Earl Via, III by Deed dated July 13, 2021, of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s office on Roll No. 5074, at page 2843.
Terms of the sale: cash on date of sale.
