The purpose of this action concerns the legal guardianship of child respondent, M.K. The West Virginia Department of Human Services is seeking to locate Darryl Ramsey a.k.a. Darryl King. Tammy Tincher is the biological mother of M.K., who was born on February 20, 2007.

It appearing that the whereabouts of Darryl Ramsey a.k.a. Darryl King is presently unknown at this time, it is Ordered that Darryl Ramsey a.k.a. Darryl King obtain from the Fayette County Circuit Clerk at the Fayette County Courthouse, Fayetteville, West Virginia, the Petition filed in this matter. Darryl Ramsey a.k.a. Darryl King must appear and defend on or before Monday, March 4, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., located in the Courtroom of the Honorable Paul M. Blake, Jr., Fayette County Courthouse, Fayetteville, West Virginia, at which time a hearing will be held.
