NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED
RENEWAL OF LEASE
The City of Beckley will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers of Beckley City Hall, 409 South Kanawha Street, on the renewal of a lease, to New River Transit Authority of 2,886 square feet of office space located on the bottom floor of the Beckley Intermodal Gateway facility located at 360 Prince Street, Beckley, West Virginia, and certain designated parking spaces. Beckley City Council will vote on the approval of the lease following the hearing.
A copy of the proposed lease may be viewed at Beckley City Hall Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
