NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE PLANNING
COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BECKLEY
Notice is hereby given that the City of Beckley Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, the 2nd of April 2024 in Council Chambers of the Beckley Municipal Building, 409 South Kanawha Street, in the City of Beckley on the petition of QW Development, owner, and 7 Brew Coffee, lessee, requesting Site Plan approval to construct a coffee shop with drive-through in a B-2 Zone located at 4050 Robert C. Byrd Drive (Tax Map 72, Parcel 11).
Anyone wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be at the time and place indicated and must register to speak prior to the start of the meeting.
