NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Common Council for the City of Beckley is accepting Requests for Proposals for mowing various City properties and parks. The proposal will be for the remainder of the 2024 mowing season with options to extend the agreement for the following two years (2025, 2026).
Complete specifications and bid information may be obtained by contacting City Hall during business hours (8:30-4:30). You may contact the city at 304-256-1768.
Bids will be received until 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 12, 2024. They will be publicly opened and read aloud during a meeting of Common Council at 6:30 p.m. that same day. Bids must be submitted to the Recorder-Treasurer in sealed envelopes clearly marked to indicate contents. Bids may be hand delivered to 409 South Kanawha Street, or mailed P.O. Box 2514, Beckley, WV 25802-2514. Any bids that arrive after the specified date and time will not be considered.
The City of Beckley reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part of any bid without cause.
