The object of the above entitled action is to recover possession of the property located at 333 Dearing Dr., Mount Hope, Raleigh County, West Virginia, 25880 in that the above-named respondent is wrongful occupying such property as tenant(s).
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that it appearing by an Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action that due diligence has been used to ascertain the address or whereabouts of Eusebio Medina and all efforts have been in vain. Therefore it is ordered that Eusebio Medina do serve upon Paul Blume, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, First Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before a Hearing on March 25th, 2024 at 6:00 pm, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Eusebio Medina at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
