RALEIGH COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 21st day of March, 2024 in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 4:00 PM, the Planning and Zoning Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing to rezone 45.29 acres of property upon the application of Howard Family, LLC/ Agent: Dudding Commercial Development for the purpose of Commercial or Industrial Development with deed restrictions. The present zoning of the property to be affected is (R1) Rural/Residential and the proposed Zoning is to be (I1) Industrial. The property to be affected is located at 150 University Drive, Beaver, Shady Spring District, Tax Map 8, Parcel 26.1, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above. Written comments concerning this matter received by March 20th, 2024, will be considered.
