Ordered, that Respondent, Thomas Lipzinski, do appear and serve upon Robert P. Dunlap, II, Petitioners’ attorney, whose address is 345 Prince Street, Beckley, West Virginia, 25801 an answer or other defense to the petition filed in this action on or before April 12, 2024 otherwise, judgment by default will be taken against him at any time thereafter.
