PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE City of Oak Hill’s Board of Zoning Appeals at its meeting of Monday, April 1, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. will consider the following request for a Use & Variance Permits, in the Council meeting room at Oak Hill City Hall.
V-112-24-1: Request of Chad Chapman, owner of Backyard Outfitters, for a Variance as required by Section 15.08.070 for a permit to operate a retail building sales lot on property within Fayette Square, Oak Hill, WV.
Anyone wishing to be heard on these matters should be present.
