PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE City of Oak Hill’s Planning and Zoning Commission at its’ meeting on Tuesday, April 1st, 2024 at 7:00pm will meet to consider a request for Land Classification Change in the Council Meeting Room at Oak Hill City Hall
LC-61-24-1: Request of B, M & W Properties LLC, owner, for a change in Land Classification from R-2, Business District to a B-2. General Business District at 1800 East Main Street, Oak Hill, WV.
TAKE NOTICE also, that at the April 8th, 2024 meeting of the Oak Hill City Council at 5:30p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Council will act on the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE City of Oak Hill’s Planning and Zoning Commission at its’ meeting on April 1st, 2024 at 7:00pm will consider public input on amending the zoning code to allow smoke shop, vape shop and tobacco stores.
Anyone wishing to be heard on these matters should be present.
