Notice to BRADY RAY MCGRAW, or any unknown father of the above child, H.M. born on or about 6/1/2005. Notice is hereby given that a verified Petition of Adoption was filed in McDowell County Circuit Court on said child, which will request that the father’s parental rights be terminated. There is a hearing on said petition on Monday, January 4, 2020 at 9:30 a.m., in front of the Honorable Rudolph J Murensky, II, of McDowell County. You are notified your rights may be terminated in the proceeding and any such person may appear and defend any such rights within thirty (30) days from the first publication of this notice. If any such person shall fail to respond within the required time after service, said person may not appear in or receive further notice of the adoption proceedings. The Court presiding over this matter is the Circuit Court of McDowell County, McDowell County Courthouse Annex, Welch, WV. Response shall be made to the clerk below.
