It appearing to the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, that a Petition has been filed requesting that the Circuit Court of Raleigh, West Virginia, sever the relationship heretofore existing between the natural grandparents of Kelsey Nicole Kinser and Brandon Wayne Kinser and permit Jeremy Patrick Thornsberry and Jamie Marlene Thornsberry to adopt Kelsey Nicole Kinser and Brandon Wayne Kinser; further appearing that the whereabouts of the natural grandparents has not been established; it is ORDERED that the natural grandparents shall appear in the Office of the Judge of the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, on or before the 27th day of January, 2021, at 2:00 P.M. and object or make other defense to the Petition, if he so desires, otherwise the paternal rights of said natural grandparents of Kelsey Nicole Kinser and Brandon Wayne Kinser shall be terminated.
