The object of the above-named suit is to obtain money judgment against Defendants West Virginia Division of Correction and Rehabilitation;
TO ANY SURVIVING SPOUSE AND CHILDREN, INCLUDING ADOPTED CHILDREN AND STEPCHILDREN, BROTHERS, SISTERS, PARENTS AND ANY PERSONS WHO WERE FINANCIALLY DEPENDENT UPON QUANTEZ BURKS AT THE TIME OF HIS DEATH OR WOULD OTHERWISE BE EQUITABLY ENTITLED TO SHARE IN SUCH DISTRIBUTION:
It is hereby ordered that any such person falling under the above categories be Notified of the Wrongful Death Settlement Hearing scheduled for April 1st, 2024 at 1:30 pm, located at the Raleigh County Judicial Center, 222 Main Street, Beckley, WV 25801 to be held before the Honorable Judge Burnside.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the Circuit Clerk.
