FOR THE TOWN OF
FAYETTEVILLE
Sealed Bids for the Spring 2024 Street Paving will be received by the Town of Fayetteville, Attention: Matt Diederich/ Street Paving Bid, 125 N. Court Street Fayetteville, West Virginia 25840. Bids must be submitted and be at Town Hall no later than 4:00 p.m., on Thursday, April 18, 2024. The Bids will be opened at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Town Council, in the council chambers at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 18, 2024.

·Fayette Ave (308 Fayette Ave to Hresan Blvd)- 925’ x 20’
·Washington St (King Ave to Cashwell-219 Washington St)- 1,020’ x 13’
·Park Dr/ Sarah St Intersection (Town Park Entrance)- 2,000 sq ft **Minor Subbase repair and speed bump removal**
·Sarah St/ E Maple Intersection- 2,500 sq ft
·E Wiseman Ave (Church St to 104 E Wiseman) 175’ x 11’

·Short St (Court St to Lindburg Ave)- 322’ x 14’
The Town of Fayetteville Reserves the right to accept or reject the bid price on any individual street for paving to meet the Town of Fayetteville’s Paving Budget. The Town of Fayetteville Reserves the right to reject any or all Bids.
A bid packet with specifications and paving locations may be picked up at Fayetteville Town Hall, 125 N. Court St. M-F 8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.
