Town of Pax Community Gym- The Town of Pax, a certified local government, invites qualified contractors to submit sealed bid to replace the roof on Town of Pax Community Gym. Sealed bids will be received at the offices of the Town of Pax, PO Box 118, 37 School St. Pax, WV 25904, until 3:00 p.m. local prevailing time, on April 12, 2024.
Community Gym TPO Roof- Removal of an existing roofing system, installation of a new TPO roof to follow manufacturing installation requirements. (7200 square foot gym)
Work to also include: Clean debris from roof work area and dispose off site • Provide a manufactures warranty• Contractor to provide supervision, labor, materials, scaffolding, and all equipment for the proposed work. • Contractor is responsible for obtaining any required permits. Qualifications The contractor must: Must have a current applicable WV Contractor’s Licenses and be bondable. 3. Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. The Town of Pax will make their selection by the next regular town council meeting of receiving the bids on April 16th at 5pm or shortly thereafter. The contractors will be reimbursed for services rendered up to the contract amount. All changes in scope must be pre-approved by the Town of Pax. The balance will be paid after approval of the product by the Town of Pax. 1. Detailed description of project cost estimate breakdown. 2. Previously completed projects, similar in scope that have complied with local standards. 3. Contact information of three references 4. A list of any subcontractors, their proposed role in the project, and contact information. 5. Time frame for the completion of the project 6. A list of contractor licenses and insurances including WV Business License, WV Contractor’s License, WV Workers Compensation insurance and Commercial Liability Insurance Certificates
