Sealed bids for copiers will be received by the Raleigh County Board of Education, 2001 South Kanawha Street, Beckley, West Virginia, 25801 no later than April 18, 2024, 3:00 pm EST. Bids will be opened and read aloud April 19, 2024, 10:00 am EST.
Neither dating of proposal form nor placing in mail by this date will meet requirements. Proposal form must be received on or before date and time stated. Contractors must comply with all bidding requirements and conditions set forth in the proposal.
Bidding documents may be examined and/or obtained at the Raleigh County Board of Education Purchasing Department or downloaded from the Raleigh County Schools website at www.boe.rale.k12.wv.us/page/rfp-bids.
After the scheduled closing time of receipt of bids, no bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days.
Raleigh County Board of Education does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, or age in its procurement policies, practices, or procedures. The Raleigh County Board of Education or designee reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to purchase from vendors who participate in state contracts or cooperatives.
