WV Code ยง16-2-11 Fees for
Permits Change

Please take notice that due to WV Legislature repeal of 64CSR30 Rule for Fee for Permits the Beckley-Raleigh County Health Department has proposed a change in the Permit Fee Schedule and Charges. On March 4, 2024, the Beckley-Raleigh County Board of Health approved the new fees to the proposed maximum permit fee guidelines to be effective July 1, 2024. The Beckley-Raleigh County Board of Health will be receiving written comments regarding the revised fee schedule no later than 4:00 pm on May 2, 2024. The Board will review all comments. Comments must be provided in writing to: Beckley-Raleigh County Health Department, Attn: Administrator, 1602 Harper Road, Beckley, WV 25801. Copies of the regulation can be obtained at the Beckley-Raleigh County Health Department during normal business hours Monday through Friday 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. THIS NOTICE IS REQUIRED BY LAW TO BE IN FORM OF A LEGAL NOTICE.
