NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE PLANNING
COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BECKLEY
Notice is hereby given that the City of Beckley Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, the 7th of May 2024 in Council Chambers of the Beckley Municipal Building, 409 South Kanawha Street, in the City of Beckley on the petition of Raleigh County Schools, owner, ZMM Architects and Engineers, agent, requesting Site Plan approval to construct a parking lot at 212 Park Avenue (Tax Map 35, Parcel 159) in an R-1 Zone. The old gymnasium will be demolished to create the parking lot.
Anyone wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be at the time and place indicated and must register to speak prior to the start of the meeting.
