The purpose of this hearing is to show cause why Permit Number S300296 located near Cannelton in the District of Valley in Fayette County issued to Lexington Coal Company, LLC of West Virginia should not be suspended or revoked and associated securities forfeited by Harold Ward, Secretary of the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection. This hearing was requested by Lexington Coal Company, LLC in response to Show Cause Order No. 2161. This hearing is being held in Accordance with Title 38, Legislative Rule, Series 2, Section 20.4.e.
