It is hereby ordered that Tammy Lynn Gibson serve upon Randall Lee Gibson, Fayette County Circuit Clerk, Circuit Clerk’s Office, whose address is PO Box 600, Fayetteville, WV 25840, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition For Divorce filed in this action on or before May 24, 2024. If you fail to Answer the Petition for Divorce, a judgment may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
