PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE City of Oak Hill’s Planning and Zoning Commission at its’ meeting on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at 7:00pm will meet to consider a request for Land Classification Change in the Council Meeting Room at Oak Hill City Hall
LC-62-24-1: Request of D Craig Chapman, Parking Lot Tenant, for a change in Land Classification from R-2, Business District to a B-3. General Business District at Fayette Square, Oak Hill, WV.
TAKE NOTICE also, that at the May 13th, 2024 meeting of the Oak Hill City Council at 5:30p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Council will act on the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE City of Oak Hill’s Planning and Zoning Commission at its’ meeting on May 7, 2024 at 7:00pm, will consider public input on amending the zoning code to allow sales lot (non automotive) or some variation similar.
Anyone wishing to be heard on these matters should be present.
