The object of the above entitled action is a circuit court matter whereby Petitioner is filing a Second Amended Petition for Adoption.
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the whereabouts of said Respondents, Heaven Leire Holstein and Jarrod Lilly, is unknown by Petitioner; therefore it is
Ordered, that Respondents, Heaven Leire Holstein and Jarrod Lilly, do appear and serve upon Robert P. Dunlap, II, Petitioners’ attorney, whose address is 345 Prince Street, Beckley, West Virginia, 25801 an answer or other defense to the petition filed in this action on or before May 3, 2024 otherwise, judgment by default will be taken against them at any time thereafter.
