AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that Keyrock Energy LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Construction Permit for a mine gas flaring facility located on an access road near the western end of Stovers Fork Rd, Beckley, in Raleigh County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates for the facility are: 37.762267, -81.231483.
The facility plans to add a permanent generator. The applicant estimates the potential to increase the following Regulated Air Pollutants to be: NOx : 3.4 ton/year; CO : 0.01 ton/year
Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 17th day of May 2024. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. Written comments will also be received via email at [email protected].
