The object of the above-entitled action is a Petitioner’s Petition for Modification. It is appearing that the whereabout of the Father, Christopher Nelson Cook, is unknown to the Petitioner, but that his last known whereabouts was at 104 Elkins Street, Beckley, West Virginia 25801.
It appearing to the Court that the Respondent is a proper subject for Modification, it is therefore ORDERED and DECREED that the matter shall be brought for hearing before the Honorable Eric Shuck, of the Family Court of Raleigh County, Raleigh County Judicial Center, 222 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia 25801 at 1:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as may be heard on the 8th day of May, 2024, at which time the Respondent and any witnesses shall be examined under oath.
A copy of said Petition may be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at this Office located at the Raleigh County Judicial Center, 222 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia 25801.
