LEGAL NOTICE AND
INVITATION TO BID
Sealed Bids will be received by the McDowell County Commission of Welch, West Virginia for a tandem axle dump truck with a construction bed, 44,000 lb. rears, short wheel base preferably with a pintle hook, 8 speed horse shoe transmission with deep reduction and overdrive, CAT or Cummins engine. Sealed Bids must be clearly marked “Dump Truck” and “Attention Linda White” and will be received until noon on July 22, 2020 in the County Clerk’s Office located at 90 Wyoming Street, Suite 109 Welch, WV 24801. Bids may be mailed or hand delivered.
Bids received after this time will not be considered.
Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on July 22, 2020 at a Regular Commission Meeting at 4 pm, held in the Commission Conference Room at 109 Wyoming Street, Welch, West Virginia. Bidders are invited to attend the Bid opening. The Commission reserves the right to reject any bid.
