ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed bids will be accepted by the Greenbrier County Solid Waste Auth-ority, 450 Monroe Avenue, Ronceverte, West Virginia 24970 until 2:00 PM, June 19, 2018.
The project site is the Greenbrier County Landfill, located off Harper Road in Greenbrier County, West Virginia.
The bid price will include all the cost for furnishing the labor, equipment, materials, delivery and all other items, consulation, research and recommendations necessary to install one complete skid mounted flare system with 300 SCFM (maximum) flow rate. The bid price will also include start up and training of landfill personnel on the day to day operation/maintenance of the system. Warrantee information. Methods and manners are subject to review and approval by the Owner.
Bid documents are available by request at [email protected]. All bidding documents must be submitted in a single envelope addressed to the Owner and marked with the following information in the lower left hand corner:

No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the time of the opening of bids. Any contractor submitting a bid on this project hereby certifies, indicates, and acknowledges that he/she is familiar with the project and meets the qualifications required by the statutes of the State and County in which the work is to be performed. The Greenbrier County Solid Waste Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
