LEGAL NOTICE GREENBRIER COUNTY SOLID WASTE AUTHORITY

14 Foot Enclosed Trailer
Bids will be accepted by the Greenbrier County Solid Waste Authority, 450 Monroe Avenue, Ronceverte, West Virginia, 24970 until 2:00 PM, November 18, 2019.
The trailer shall be delivered to Greenbrier Recycle Center, located at 450 Monroe Avenue, Ronceverte, in Greenbrier County, West Virginia.
Trailer shall meet the following
at a minimum:
1. New/unused 7 X 14 foot straight front with duel axles (white in color).
2. 3/4 Plywood floor and 3/8 Plywood Walls (16″oc cross members & side walls).
3. E-Track on walls.
4. 2-5/16″ coupler with safety chains and 7-Way RV plug.
5. Two 3,500 lb. EZ Lube axles with electric brakes.
6. 36″ side door w/safety chains.
7. Spare tire mount with matching tire.
8. One piece Aluminum roof with vent (24”oc roof members).
9. L.E.D. Lighting with sealed lighting and protected wiring.
10. Aluminum Teardrop Style Fenders. 11. Rear ramp door trimmed & 16″ flap.
Bid shall include the following:
1. Warranty detail.
2. Manufacturers sales literature.
3. Delivery date.
4. Payment schedule.
5. Note any items that do not meet
minimum requirements.
