GREENBRIER COUNTY SOLID WASTE AUTHORITY
GREENBRIER COUNTY,
WEST VIRGINIA
ROOF REPLACEMENT
Sealed bids will be accepted by the Greenbrier County Solid Waste Authority, 450 Monroe Avenue, Ronceverte, West Virginia, 24970, until 2:00 PM, November 17, 2017.
The project site is the Greenbrier County Recycle Center, located at 450 Monroe Avenue, Ronceverte, in Greenbrier County, West Virginia.
Project shall meet the following at a minimum:
1. Approximately 23′ X 46′ area to be covered.
2. All materials, equipment, labor, and installation required to complete project.
3. Trusses to be sheeted with plywood and covered with roofing paper.
4. Soffit to be white vinyl and fascia to be white aluminum.
5. ALL measurements and drawings are for reference only.
6. Bidders are responsible to inspect jobsite and get correct measurements.
7. Schedule an office visit for additional information (304-645-4232).
8. Successful bidder will be required to sign a contract and provide a performance bond.
Bid shall include the following:
1. Detailed specifications along with warranty detail.
2. Manufacturers sales literature.
3. Freight to jobsite.
4. Delivery/completion date.
5. Payment schedule.
6. All required licensing and proof of insurances.
7. Required permits.
8. Three references.
All bidding documents must be submitted in a single envelope addressed to the owner and marked with the following information in the lower left hand corner:
“Name and Address of Bidder”

Bid for roof replacement to be opened at 2:00 PM, November 17, 2017.
No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the time of the opening of bids. Any contractor submitting a bid on this project hereby certifies, indicates, and acknowledges that he/she is familiar with the project, has a valid WV Contractor’s license, and meets the qualifications required by the statutes of the state and county in which the work is to be performed. The Greenbrier County Solid Waste Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part.
