The West Virginia Health Care Authority announced that it has received a Letter of Intent from Ronceverte Physician Group, LLC, Franklin, Williamson County, Tennessee, CON File #18-1/4-11402-P, for the development of ambulatory health care facilities in Greenbrier and Raleigh counties through the acquisition of a physician practice in offices in those two counties. The capital expenditure associated with the project is $815,000.
