Notice is hereby given that on the 5th day of August, 2019 at 2:30 o’clocl p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Sharon Sue Vandergrift will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court, of Marion County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner’s name from Sharon Sue Vandergrift to Sharon Wade Kisner, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
You are hereby notified that this matter may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
