Notice is hereby given that on the 6th day of February, 2020 at 9:00 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Zoe Thompson will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner’s name from Zoe Lorene Thompson to Tate Ellsworth Alexander Thompson, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
You are hereby notified that this matter may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
