Notice is hereby given that on the 26th day of June, 2020 at 10:00 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Tiffany Towner will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner’s name from Tiffany Towner to Tiffany Peden, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
You are hereby notified that this matter may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
