HEALTH INSURANCE
The West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine (WVSOM) Board of Gover-nors on behalf of WVSOM located at 400 North Lee Street, Lewisburg, WV 24901 is seeking proposals under the negotiated method of procurement from qualified firms (direct writers), brokers, and agents to submit proposals to design and implement comprehensive Student Health Insurance Program for WVSOM students. This insurance plan must meet the American College Health Association Standards for Student Health Insurance Plans and the requirements of the health care reform law.
Sealed Proposals will be received in the WVSOM Contracts Department, Room A220/221, located at 400 North Lee Street, Lewisburg, WV 24901 until 3:30 PM (EST) on March 26, 2015, at which time all sealed proposals will be publically opened and read aloud. Proposals received after that date and time will not be opened or considered for award.
All proposals must be submitted in accordance with the RFP, as issued by the WVSOM Contracts Department. The RFP will be issued on or about March 4, 2015. ALL REQUESTS FOR THE RFP AND QUESTIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING ONLY TO:
