Request for Proposals:
The region 1 Workforce Develop-ment Board is requesting proposals for services to eligible In-School and eligible Out-of-School Youth under the guidelines of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014. A copy of the Request for Proposal may be obtained by accessing the Region 1 Development Board’s website at www.r1wib.org or hard copy at 200 New River Town Center, Suite 200, Beckley, WV 25801 on or after Thursday, March 3, 2016.
The Mandatory Bidder’s Confe-rence for this Request for Proposal will be held on Friday, March 18, 2016 at 2 PM at the Raleigh County WORKFORCE West Virginia Career Center, 200 New River Town Center, Beckley, WV 25801.
