LEGAL NOTICE SALE OF CHURCH PROPERTY Pursuant to West Virginia Code Section 35-1-10, the Spring Valley Presbyterian Church located at 1129 Spring Valley Drive, Huntington, West Virginia hereby publishes this legal notice that the Trustees of the Spring Valley Presbyterian Church shall on or after July 31, 2026, transfer the real estate described below to a third party for an amount of consideration previously approved by the Session of the Spring Valley Presbyterian Church: BEGINNING at an 8" round concrete monument with a 5/8" reinforcing rod (found), on the southeasterly right-of-way line of North Jefferson Drive, marking a corner common to the lands now owned by Jerome E. Donohoe, et al, (D.B. 770, Pg. 868; Lot No. 14), and the lands now owned by the Trustees of the Spring Valley Presbyterian Church of Huntington, West Virginia, (D.B. 294, Pg. 298; Lot No. 15), having a coordinate value of N. 510,853.45 and E. 1,533,958.16, of this survey, from which a 5/8" reinforcing rod with a red plastic cap stamped "Eastham & Associates" (found), bears: South 31 12'17" West 55.06 feet; thence, leaving the lands of the said Jerome E.
