LEGAL NOTICE
Title 29, Series 4, Legislative Rule Governing Disciplinary and Complaint Procedures for Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology has been filed with the WV Secretary of State’s Office and may be viewed at www.wvspeechandaudiology.com on the home page of the website & www.sos.wv.gov under the Administrative Law/Search for Rules link. The proposed rule change adds language for required considerations given to applicants with prior criminal convictions. The rule change is required based on HB 118 passed June 17, 2019 and signed by the Governor and effective from passage.
