REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS DENTAL INSURANCE
THIRD-PARTY ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
The Raleigh County Board of Education (RCBOE), Beckley, West Virginia, is requesting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide Third-Party Administrative Services for the administration of the Board's Self-Insured Dental Insurance Program.

Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the Request for Proposals (RFP) and must be received no later than 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Monday, June 15, 2026.
One (1) electronic copy shall be emailed to [email protected] and one (1) original plus one (1) copy shall be mailed to the address identified in the RFP.
Proposal envelopes and email subject lines shall be clearly marked:
"RCBOE – Proposal for Dental Insurance Program Administration"
The Raleigh County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received, and accept the proposal determined to be in the best interest of the Board. The Board reserves the right to negotiate with the highest-ranked proposer and to cancel this solicitation if deemed necessary.
