ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Kanawha County Schools Bid # 22-122 The Kanawha County Board of Education, Charleston, WV will receive bids for HVAC Replacement and Renovation for: Sharon Dawes, Ruthlawn, Shoals and Montrose Elementary Schools until 2:00 p.m., E.D.T. on March 29, 2022, at the office of the Purchasing Department for Kanawha County Schools, 3300 Pennsylvania Avenue, Charleston, WV 25302, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A Mandatory Prebid meeting for all bidders will be held at: Purchasing Office Conference Room Kanawha County Schools Operations Center 3300 Pennsylvania Avenue Charleston, WV 25302 March 15, 2022, 10:00 AM, EST, local time. A satisfactory bid bond furnished by a solvent surety company authorized to do business in the State of West Virginia, in an amount equal to five (5%) of the total amount of bid, payable to the Kanawha County Board of Education, shall be submitted with each Bid. Each (The) successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond and the fee for same shall be included in their bid.
