Said Amended Petition for Condemnation ight of Entry under the West Virginia laws of eminent domain seeks property for the construction of electrical transmission, distribution, and communication lines and appurtenant equipment and fixtures, and condemnation and right of entry on behalf of Appalachian Power Company situate in Cooper District, Mason County, West Virginia, identified as Tax Map 226, Parcel 1, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Mason County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 32, at page 226, and also situate in Cooper District, Mason County, West Virginia, and identified as Tax Map 226, Parcel 1, and recorded in said Clerk’s office in Deed Book 25, at page 200, and being more specifically bounded and described as follows: 30 ACRES O T Parcel or tract lying in a branch of Old Town Creek in Cooper Township in the State and County aforesaid, bounded and as follows: Beginning at a stone near a large hickory thence N. 20 E. 52 poles and 3 links ______ in the point of a hill thence N 59 1/2 W 14 poles and 1 links at a stone in the creek bottom; thence S 20 W 5 poles and 3 links at a stone in the hollow with a poplar pointer; thence S.82 1/2 E. 19 poles and 9 links to the beginning, containing (5) five acres.
